I wanted to make a collage out of my pictures I have on my computer to set as my desktop background. BUT, how can I do that? Do I have to download a certain program? If so, which one? If not, can you explain to me in detail how to do it? Thank you!

Its just a little complex and takes a while to figure out. [ clh1993clh's advice column | Ask clh1993clh A Question ]
