ok. my hands get very sweaty. and its annoying. im very like self consious about it or whatever because i hold my boyfriends hand so before im always drying it on my pants. but its really annoying. how do i stop this?

I know how you feel the same thing happens to me! I hate it, I have heard there are creams you can get at a dermatologist but im not sure they will work unless its a mild case so i never wasted money on it. But if you talk to the doctor they might know something.

Which in most cases is normal because a lot of people go through that, too. But, if you are getting sweaty palms for no apparent reason, the person below me is right.. "hyperhydrosis" is a common skin condition that makes you sweat. If you really think it's a problem and you want to get rid of the constant sweaty palms, see your family Doctor and tell him/her about the problems you are getting.
