Well, for the uploading on myspace, it happens to a bunch of people, maybe trying on a different computer when you have access.
As for the song you mentioned, do you already have the song in your possession or do you want it downloaded? Because if you need to I can get it for you.
I'm not sure if someone can upload a song to myspace FOR YOU because of password issues.
