Gregoryy_2 answered Tuesday January 2 2007, 1:09 am: You should do something that really relaxes you sets your mind right. read a book, even try yoga if your into that. some people i know meditate that is one of the most relaxing things just find a nice quite place which is probably your bedroom if not try your best to have a quite place and relax your muscles think clear and open thoughts and hopefully that will work.
Good luck hope i helped! =) [ Gregoryy_2's advice column | Ask Gregoryy_2 A Question ]

karenR answered Monday January 1 2007, 11:48 pm: Crawl on down to the foot of your bed and sleep. It really works. Just sleep opposite of the way you usually sleep. I do that now and then myself. :)
Edit....
Give it a try it actually works. Wasn't me being creative though. A doctor friend told me to try it and it does indeed work. Don't know why, just a change I guess. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
