ok i live in illinois
and in 14
and im like really pale
and in the summer i olny burn i dont tan
and i hate it!!!
how old do you have to bed to go to a tanning bed
and how long should i stay in it for??

you can go at 14-15 depends on the salon your in and also you have to ask the salon or the person nearby for how long.

you can go if your 14.. i tanned when i was 12
i would start out at 13 minutes.. yes 13.. but if you burn easily i would say 11.. you might not see drastic changes at first but believe me it makes you A LOT tanner.. it also helps if you get lotion that helps tan you and only put it on before you go in the bed [they have it at the salon]
slowly inscrease your time.. stay on a time for a week and then stay in longer

haha wow sounds like me. i dont really think theres an age limit. i think i went when i was 13 or 14. the first 1-3 times you go, only stay in for about 5 minutes. i know that seems REALLY short, but it can burn you. i put mine on 6 minutes the first time and i got burnt a little. increase it about 2-3 minutes after the 2nd or 3rd time of after you notice some color.
