theres this guy i like, and people say that he likes me back. He was suppose to ask me out one day & than he completly blew me off and said he didnt wanna do it. What should i do?

Just talk to him about it. That way you`ll know the truth for sure because when people tell you stuff, sometimes they don`t even tell the truth. Talk to him & see what happens. If he still doesn`t want to ask you out, then you can do a lot better than him :]
