I would ask you to please explain me the part A going down to her 1st. I didn’t get your point where what should I start with to have a great sex satisfying my GF. In the question B do you think I would have problems with my health having sex with her during her period.

If you want to make sure that she is satified you can always start or finish by going down on her meaning oral sex. I didn't mean to imply that you will get sick by having sex while she has her period but std's are more likely to be passed during sex while she has her period thats all I meant I wasnt trying to scare u
