Ok, i have this phone:

I get t-zones with my phone and it doesn't work.
I get to send pictures.. doesn't work
I get mp3 player on it.. but i have noo idea how to get the songs from my itunes onto my phone.. CAN SOMEONE please help me give me advice on what i should do? or how i can put the songs from iTUNES onto my phone?

I used to have T-mobile. I had troubles too. If t-zones and picture sending don't work, you need to call T-mobile to fix it. You can call 611 from your cell and it is a free call. That is a company problem and not a phone problem.
The customer service reps are very nice people and will help you in any way they can. They will tell you how to work your mp3 player as well.
