As a rule if a woman has her period she is not pregnant. She can skip one now and then though and not be pregnant too.
So, if she has had a positive pregnancy test, and then has a period it is possible she has lost the baby but not necessarily. She needs to see a doctor
either way. If she had a miscarriage they will want to be sure everything was expelled. If not she may need to have it cleaned up so it doesn't cause her
other medical problem.
