normal heartbeat

Whats the normal heartbeat for a 14 year old female around 105-110 pounds???

today i had a surgery and i was really nervous and the nurse said my heart rate was 150 and i know thats bad.

i agree what younggrandma said about average heart rates, but its not that bad to have a high heartrate occasionaly. you were nervous right? if so, then youre adrenaline and such was probobly very high which can result in an increased heart rate (temporarily). dont get freaked out, but if you really are conserned, talk to your doc.

Normal heart rate for a person your age is 60-100 beats per minute. You don't judge heart rate on weight.

If you are very athletic your heartbeat will be lower by the way.

It can rise as high as 150 bpm during exercise.
