another boy problem

Question Posted Tuesday December 26 2006, 9:25 pm

Hello!
This might be a long story but just bare with me :)
Alright well my best guy friend started to like me.. alot
well i knew from the beginning it was a bad idea.
but i began to like him too. The day after his bday, i freaked out and told him i didnt like him anymore and we should be friends. Alot of people were dissapointed, and the person i am, worring about everyone, i thought the only solution was to like him again. And it happened. ( i havent had a good history of boys, all of them lead me on, and i dont have any trust in them, since he was my best friend, i had alot of trust.) well he tried to make alot of moves on me but... yeah.. we finally did stuff at the movies and that night he put like "tonight was amazing blah blah i really like her" on his away message. Well the next day he messaged me saying it was akward and he didnt like and he wanted to stay friends. Well i was pissed b/c he kinda lead me on.. and now we dont even talk.. and i hate him. no trust
i was just wondering what do you think changed his mind?

I know exactly where you are coming from.,
But saddly it was probably his friends that changed his mind. If his friends didnt like you, or thought he could gt someon "hotter" then he probably "moved on" on the outside he doesnt like you but. Hinestly on the inside he pobably never stopped likeing you at all.
My advice is to write him a long essaage telling him that you liked him a lot an dthat he hurt you alot. tell him exactly how you feel and hw you felt. then get a boyfriend and show your "old best friend" what he missed out on! ;)
Well hope that i helped.
Best of Luck!

You know, I've gone through this too. First with this guy I really liked, who dumped me after telling me he loved me, and then again with this guy who was my best friend.

Guys minds work in odd ways. I can't really tell you why they do it, but I think, maybe, (Or at least, this is what I think from what the 'best friend' I told you about above did) He was upset about what you did. I don't think he understands exactly how you felt, and that confused him. Trust is a hard thing to give, and an even harder thing to earn.

Hope this helps!

Kitty

some times guys do that as way for revenge since you broke up with him maybe he wanted to get even or maybe he started feeling the same way you did the time you ended it. but think about it why are you mad it doesnt really sound like you wanted to be togeather in the first place. you let other people dictate you and sway your feelings and thats never the way to go.
