Hi there, this is Duudee_advicer,
When I opened up advicenators today it required me to type in my password (I had it saved on here) Well, when I typed in my password it said it was not correct (I haven't changed it) so I hit Forgot Password and typed in my email adress. It also said my email address was incorrect, which it shouldn't be because I have not changed it. How do I log in if its saying all my information is wrong?

Hello there,
There is something going on with certain users accounts. Some people, when they update their e-mail address, it is blank.
The best I can figure so far is that people are running McAffee's privacy guard, or something similar, that strips all e-mail addresses from forms you submit on the internet.
As for the password, that is another thing entirely.
Recently we have had a few people with VERY easy to guess passwords on their accounts, complain of the same thing that happened to you.
Send me an e-mail, from the account you want placed as the contact for your account, and I will hand enter it into the database so you can get back in.
Maybe you can help me figure out what might have happened to blank your e-mail completely.
