For the part that has the stripes, I just used a random pattern from photobucket.com [I just searched STRIPES under the 'Images' button] Then I right clicked, hit properties, and copied the URL.
Then I pasted the URL in the Sidebar Background Image (URL) spot under Column Settings.
You can do this for any picture.
