How to Flirt?

Question Posted Friday December 22 2006, 11:34 am

So I've had a major crush on this guy since September. When we got put into groups selected by my teacher for an English project, I felt like this would be a good chance to become friends. Well, we sort of did. But I feel like I'm not doing anything really noticeable. I'll just say 'hi' and stuff. My friend tells me that I need to be more obvious when I flirt...but how do I do that without appearing...creepy? I don't want to scare him off.
Any advice?

First: Smile! Smile sweetly, not a huge gigantic smile that shows off your molars, but just a friendly one.
Second: Giggle at his jokes. Make jokes yourself. Don't go overboard or you'll sound like a cheesy clown.
Third: Tell him there's something gross in his hair, and just play around with his hair for a second, and say, "Okay... it's gone."
If he's a football player or something, cheer him at his games. Congratulate when his team wins. Cheer him up when his team loses, and says that it was a pretty good game.

Hope I've helped!
