What do you recomond i do when it comes time for a test. Can you recommended any study skills for some one who cant keep focused?

try going in a quiet place with no tv no music no noise take out your notes and rewrite whatever you think is important then take a 5-10 min break to watch some tv or whatever gets you relaxed then go back and type up the notes u rewrote. i have the same problem as you and that's exactly how i keep myself focused and able to get the material stuck in my head
