help with singing career

i dno what category this oone was suppose to be under ..but i was wondering does anybody know how you get a record label to sign you if you want to be a singer? because i can sing and im good at it and i can dance and entertain but i dont know how to get my name out there and get a label to sign me ..any ideas??

I would find a recording studio near you & make a demo. Or find a friend that knows how to make demos. Hand it to people on the streets, make a MySpace for your music, and pray that a record label hears your stuff. :]
