Hi, one day me and my boyfriend were having sex he began to give me oral sex and he accidentally cut my clit with his tooth, it hasnt healed yet. Should i be worried.

Well, that depends on how long ago you were cut. Skin is skin, and nothing will heal overnight.
In order to keep your skin healthy, continue to wash your genitals once daily with a soap for sensitive skin. Don't masturbate by rubbing your clitoris until it has healed. Make sure that anything coming near your clit is as clean as possible.
If your skin still has not healed after a reasonable period of time (a few days to a week), then you should go see your doctor.
