i honestly do not know what to do. Lately i've been having nervous breakdowns. My parents are on me about my eating habits. i dont really sleep too much. But mostly, i cant concentrate and i tend to have nervous breakdowns a lot .. i dont know what causes them. I also feel dizzy and like im floating.. i have no idea. Any help would be great.

Try to find out what the cause of your breakdowns are. Don't say "nothing" because there has to be something. If you really can't find anything at all, try making a positive and negative list of yourself. That may help. If you still don't know what's wrong, then consider finding real help, like, from a psychologist. As for the dizziness, that may have to do with your breakdowns, because you feel exhausted from them. If you don't get much sleep, have breakdowns, and don't eat a lot, you may have a serious problem. Talk to a trusted friend about it. Talking helps. If you're close with your parents, talk to them too. Your mom knows more than you think. Remember, whatever is keeping you down will pass. And no matter what people say, you are wonderful. Even though I don't know who you are. =D ]
