Okay, I like a boy named Bob alot. But for some reason, he doesn't seem like he likes me, as a girlfriend anyway. We talk a little bit, so I guess you could say we're friends. But I just have no idea what to do to make him like me. I'm ready to give up now but my friends keep saying I should just tell Bob how I feel. But I'm really nervous! What am I supposed to do, just go up to him and say "Hey Bob, I like you. Wanna go out?" Please help me out with this situation. Thanks

Just saying it quickly and getting it over with is probably the best thing you can do. You will likely even get a good response. It does work surprisingly well. I've ended up with a few boyfriends that way in my life. Even if he isn't interested in you as a girlfriend right now, he will probably give a date a chance just because you were upfront with him. Guys tend to react well to that. And after you've gone out, he will have had a chance to get to know you better, which is the best way to get him to like you more.
