eye liner.
Ok so i wear black eye liner. I used to get mine from target, like maybelline or revlon, and it would smear and smudge all over my face. It was pretty gross. So last night i went to sephora, thinking that theirs would be much nicer. They told me that it wouldnt run or smear, and that it would last all day. Guess what. It didn't. Honestly, it was no better than the stuff from target :(. Haha, i looked in the mirror and to my surprise, it was smeared all below my eye. It was great, really. But anyways, what brands of eyeliner are good and DONT smudge. I almost got a NARS one. Is that any good? Thanks.

I think the two best brands of eye liner out there are Meryl Norman and Beautique. Meryl Norman, which to my knowledge can only be purchased at The Meryl Norman Cosmetic Studios (often found in malls), is pricey. It typically runs about $8.50 - $15.00, but it really is good stuff. It glides on with ease, and it stays on all day. And if that price is a little bit more than what you're looking to spend, I suggest Beautique - which is actually my perfernece. Thing is, I've only seen Beautique at Sally's. I guess the good news is that it's only .99 cents. And trust me, I wouldn't buy crap make up, so do not let this dollar price throw you off. You'd be cheating yourself out of something really special. Beautique is easily applied, and you will have many hours of perfect wear - all free of smudging. I probably could not promote this item enough; as I am very satisfied with it's results. And if you still have doubts... for only .99 cents.. it's worth a shot. :)

I use Clinique Brush on Creme liner, it doesn't smear at all, even when I cry lol. I LOVE IT its absolutely amazing
PS- I prefer the dark brown for everyday, because the black is like ink, and I can't pull it off. You might be able to, but be careful about it =)

my neighbor told me that the channel eyeliner is really goood and goes on nicely and doesnt smear ..so you might wanna try that one ..and you shud test it out on your hand before your eyes juss to see if its smooth and rubs easily and what not ..like try the testers

if you go to bear essentials they have really good eyeliner.
the only downside is its a powder that you have to apply with a really small brush. but it lasts all day AND DOESNT SMEAR.
so i would maybe try that if youd be comforable with that type of liner.

I use revlon pencil eyeliner & it doesn't smear.
do you rub your eyes alot?
do you use pencil, crayon or liquid?
pencil is the less smearable.
& some times the cheaper stuff is the better stuff.
