15/f. how do you do a backwards roll? i just can't do one! and i need to do one for my tap dance at school. i can roll back but once i'm on my neck i can't flip my legs and body over. is it because i have no arm strength whatsoever? so if someone could give me step-by-step instructions on how to do a backwards roll and maybe some pictures that would be great!
and if it requires you to lift your body with your arms how can i build up my strength to do it? i have three weeks until i have to be able to do one. thanks!
