well i suggest for you to find a Dermatoligist and make an oppointment because my skin was red all the time and I didnt know what it was so I went to a Dermatoligist and she told me I have Excema and its not contagious!!!! SO you might want to go check that out!!!

It's called your cuticle. Usually you can use a nail kit and push it down so that it doesnt bother you. It sounds like, a cuticle at least, but if it isnt, then maybe you should get it checked out. I think everyone has them, and the only way to get rid of them is to push them down. If that doesnt work, you could try clipping it with a finger nail clipper, and and that might help, But I'm not sure what you could do. If it's really bad, you could talk to a manicurist or something like that. Hope I helped. I'd you have any other questions, feel free to ask me! Lots of love,
