Why do people do this???

OK, I feel really dorky asking this, but it really bothers me b/c I try and be nice to everybody and I don't like doing cold, heartless, mean things.
Girls at my school have started throwing wallet size pictures of people they don't like into the toilets and then just leaving them, not flushing them. I feel like I am being mean if I use the toilet on the pictures, but I go to a large school, we don't have enough restrooms any ways, and our toilets are those kind that flush automatically. It really bothers me to have to see that when I go in there, and it bothers me that I get dragged into someone else's drama and I have to either do something mean or wait even longer for an open stall that just might have someone else's picture in it!
Grrr! Why do people have to be all stupid like that, and how can I be nice when I get caught up someone's drama like that?

Awh, that's really horrible that people would do something like that. Just keep trying to be nice, like you are being, because obviously you see that what these girls are doing is wrong.
If you have to, you can leave an annonymous tip in a teacher's mailbox at school, so that they know about the problem (if they dont know already). Also, you using the bathroom dosen't really get you into the drama. If it really bothers you that much, dry dropping some toilet paper into the toilet, before you use the bathroom, so that it flushes first.
Just dont worry, you're actually not causing any problems by using the bathroom. It really just sucks to have to worry about something like that. If this hasn't exactly answered what you wanted to know, let me know and I'll try to correct my answer to answer that point of the question. =D
