defragging what happens when i defrag? will it delete things like the unused ones or what? is it good to defrag? should i do it alot? thanks

All a defragger does is put things back where they belong. If you download a lot of things or if you have deleted some things defragging can make your computer run a little faster.
Use the disc cleaner first to get rid of temporary files and all that. Then run the defragger.
Perhaps someone else knows how often you should use it. I have heard it can damage your disc if you do it to often, but I don't know how true this is. ]
