will he call?
This guy sometimes calls me, before that I use to call him, but whenever he wanted me to call, he would send me an e-mail saying that I can call him later if I wanted. Saying that just told me he wanted me to call him so I did. Well I sent him an e-mail saying he can call me if he wants, but he didn't send a answer back and I know he was on today. If he doesn't call me, does that mean he doesn't like me? I'm really scared here. Thanks!

Some people, like me (LOL), just don't like to talk on the phone. I pick that thing up and suddenly can't think of a thing to say. I very rarely call anyone and don't talk on the phone unless someone calls me.
He could be that way since it seems you do most of the calling. He may just not be able to get himself to dial the phone!
I would go ahead an talk to him online if he is on.
If not give him a call. He may just be busy, he may be gone but have his computer on..you never know. I don't think it means he doesn't like you.
