me and this guy really like each other
sorry if this is long. There is this guy that is really cute and hes my neighbor. our parents hate each other and we can't ever go to each others house because we live on such a dangerous road. the only time we talk to each other is on the bus, if we see each other in the halls, ccd, or at basketball pracice. his practice is before mine so i only see him for 2 minutes. he also is my age, but we aren't in the same grade since he got held back. we barely talk to each other that much and i am able to tell that he likes me since he always talks to me and smiles or waves at me. he tries to sit near me on the bus too. he broke up with his girlfriend about a month ago and i don't want to get in a fight with her. once i passed him in the hall and his friends said i was his girlfriend. i don't know if they were making that up or he if he told them something about asking me out. a few of my friends thinks that hes weird for some reason. idk he if will ask me out and idk what to do but i really like him and i want him to ask me put fast but my mom is starting to notice that he likes me, so i really need your help. thx in advance! also a big problem is that none of my friends know too.

First, You should just tell your friends that you like him. They'll probably understand. You cant help if you like someone, and they probably just think hes weird because they dont know him like you do.
Just talk to him in the halls at school,and whenever else you can. Maybe sometime you can call him on the phone. Maybe if he has msn, myspace, aim, or something else like that you could ask him for his name.
Then, just tell your mom that you think he's way cool, and that you kinda like him.
Im sure she'll understand.

If you really like each other and you see that he is a good guy GO FOR IT!!! explain to your mother how you feel and just because she might have problems with his parents it shouldn't effect you and him, see what happens dont hold back because you will regret it,maybe sort out a time where you can meet or something.
