Solaris answered Monday December 4 2006, 12:29 am: Drink Tea and honey, throat lozenges (That crappy stuff shaped like candy, but doesnt taste like candy) only talk when you need to and bring hot tea or water to drink during the day, and the most important thing is let your boss know before you get there about the situation, and that you are going to try your best. Make sure when you cough up the nasty stuff you dont swallow it, spit it out. Otherwise it will make it worse. Get lots of sleep, if it doesnt go away within a week go to the doctor. Try all that stuff listed for tomorrows shindig, but if it persists it could be bronchitis. The dizzyness/passing out bit is from not drinking enough water. Drink lots of it.
