Hey Cooper, finding out that someone likes you is always pretty awkward no matter who they are, but when it's your girlfriend's bff its even harder. I think that you should pretend that ntohing has happened, and that you don't know, when you see her next time. Just act natural, and soon she will pretend that it never happend too. Make sure that the next time you see her, you don't leave any room for awkward silences, and try your hardest to bring up things that the two of you would usually talk about.
Make sure that your girlfriend talks to her, and finds a way to help her friend deal with it.
As far as "what should you do?" There isnt that much that you can do. Just smile and let her know you arent feeling as weirded out as you do. If the situation changes and you need more help, feel free to ask.
