Well I like this guy and he said he liked me but he hasn't called me lately and I think he likes this other girl. But I really like him. but I don't know what to do. I keep on thinking about him

You'll never know anything with guys.
They are confusing, two faced.
The list goes on and on, but what you can do is just treat him as a friend until you know for sure he likes you.
If hes got his eye on another girl, the dont get involved until they are over.
Remember they cant last forever, and as i always say TIME IS EVERYTHING , you might have to wait for him.
And thinking about him all the time , is completely normal,since hes on your mind, maybe hes supposed to be there?
It all takes time.
So wait it out and maybe find another guy to play with until him and the girl are done.
