Hello,

To improve your scoliosis, here are a few exercises:

1. Right before you go to bed, and I mean right before, stand at a wall or doorway and reach as high as you can (with both arms stretched) on that wall, but keep your back in alignment. Do this for 2 minutes.

2. Order an ergonomic chair. They greatly improve your posture. Get a good one, and whenever you sit at home, sit on that chair.

3. Lay on a hard surface (like a wood floor or linoleum) and have someone align you perfectly straight. Remain in this position for 15 minutes.

4. This one is going to sound funny, but it works. Pinch your buttocks in and then stand on your heels. Bring your heels back down. Keep your buttocks pinched at all times. Repeat 15 times.

Do these daily!

Go to different doctors. While you may not be able to make it perfect, a specialist in the field could greatly help you! I do not know what your doctors are saying that they cannot help you. I believe dedicated specialist could. I highly suggest you do your research and find one.

I had this problem, and these exercises worked! Ask for more exercises from your doctors.

Good Luck, and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask me!

ask Peter anytime...
