Hi there,

My guess is you just came off a ban, am I right?

The diagnostic code is something we have in place for situations where we need help troubleshooting a situation. We usually ask for it if all other avenues have been exhausted.

We aren't there yet.

If you just came off a ban, everything should be fine now.

If you didn't, please let me know.

Thanks,

DN.
