there is this kid i really like but he is going out with one of my friends and she new i like him and i dont really think she likes him. i think she is only going out with him to make me mad. but, i dont want to tell him cuz he seems to really like her and he is really happy. wat should i do??

I would confront the girl. There's not much you can do if she doesn't like him. But you can ask her why she is trying to make you mad if she really doesn't like him.
