The simple answer:

I look for these things, in this order:

1. Mind (how deep they are, the way they think).
2. Sense of humor.
3. Common ground.
4. Appearance.
5. Opinion stuff (Religion, political affiliation, etc.)

The complicated answer:

It will totally vary from guy to guy. I PROMISE there is one out there who is right for you... I'm sure your personality is perfect for some guy out there. Don't worry about changing yourself, just keep looking and wait. You'll find the right one :)
