i was in a relationship w/ this guy and we broke up becz i wanted him to kiss me should i move on or not?

Personally, no.
I don't think you should move on. I don't really understand why you would break up with someone because of that, it's kinda crazy. I'm guessing you're 13? Haha.

You should get back with him and let him take his time. You obviously didn't like him AT ALL if you broke up with him over something lame like that. He's probably just shy & you'd be his first kiss or something. Gosh.
