Does anyone know what like program put all these cool things on peoples pictures like this...

also ... how do i get a myspace picture that like changes to 3 other pictures......

The text is using an editing program like gimp for windows(gimp.org/windows). The pictures that change are in the GIF file format. I believe that you can use irfanview(irfanview.com) to make those
