yesterday, i tried using a tampon for the 1st time ( ive only had my period twice). when i was putting it in, it was kinda sore and i was afraid to try again.im scared to use them. why was it so hard to get it in?

using them for the first time is hard, but after a while, its easy once you know how to.
what you should do is after showing spread your legs and put it in, but put it in far, because if you dont put it in far enough, it will be uncomfortbale. it was hard because your 'tight' down there, since im assuming your a virgin.
buy some easy glide tampons, and thin ones.
