yes, you can. please consider what the previous person said. Limewire isn't just a fun program that gives you what your heart desires. It lets other users access documents on YOUR computer. It also has an ungodly number of viruses. I've had a friend get "dead-computer" because of limewire. but if you must, even though it's a bad idea, you just have to drag the files you download on to your desktop from the limewire library, then go into iTunes and click file then import then go to your desktop and select the files you want. Then just transfer them to your iPod. Just be careful with limewire

yup yupp it's true(: you can and it's FREEE! haha. that's the best part. the only thing is if you download limewire your computer may get a lot of viruses because once your signed on to limewire, all of your documents are available to other limewire users. How to do it: Open Limewire AND itunes. All you do is search for a song, and once it's downloaded you double click it and drag it into itunes wherever you want to put it. very simple. that's actually what I use but i have limewire on a different log-in of my computer so i can go there when i want to handle my music, and then go back to the other one without it being extremely slow for everything else(:!

When you're in limewire, go to your options folder. Have all your songs download into your "my music" folder. Once you've done that, go into the folder where you keep all your music and drag and drop them all into the my music folder. Then go into itunes, and go to file, then import folder, then go through and find my music, click it & hit import. The songs will then begin loading into your itunes library. Once the songs are in there, connect your ipod, hit select all, and drag and drop them onto your thing that says Ipod
They will begin uploading themselves onto your ipod :)
