umm well i'm not exactly sure which question you put before... and what i said. But if you are talking about a boy you like, then:
it doesn't matter if he's with his friends or not, you can still go talk to him! Who cares what anyone thinks, don't let it affect you. Even if he is with a group of friends, you can still go up and make an effort to talk to him. Maybe you could even ask him and some of his friends to go hang out with you and some of your friends. Then you could get to know him better, and you would be more comfortable being around him and his friends.
