i had braces for 6 years and my teeth are very straight. i got them off a few years ago. i would like whiter teeth, as they have become yellow due to lack of brushing. are there any home remedies for teeth whitening? thanks in advance

Sure there are lots of ways to make teeth white, but be careful, cuz if you're younger than 16 or 17 u should wait, since most of these products can cause permanent damage to the nerves and cause sensitivity. Just wanted to give you a heads up. [ peebles7's advice column | Ask peebles7 A Question ]

They did this everyday for a month and got noticable results. You can also use bleaching products and put them in the nightguard retainer thing, and do it that way.
But baking soda & peroxide works the BEST and gets really great results
**edit**
yeah, i think that would work. I dont think the peroxide+baking soda would damage it any. but you can ask your orthodontist just in case. happy thanksgiving =]]! [ VainTaraLynn's advice column | Ask VainTaraLynn A Question ]
