itunes i downloaded bearshare in the summer so i wouldnt waste all my money on itunes. well i could download the songs then transfer them to my itunes, convert them to AAC files, put them on my ipod, and id be set. like last week the bearshare version i had stopped working, so i downloaded it again and now apparently theres a new updated version. i downloaded a song today and when i tried to transfer it today a popup came up on itunes and "one or more songs including blah blah blah is in the WMA format. Itunes will automatically convert them to AAC format so they can be added to your music library". so i clicked ok. right after another popup came up and said "One or more songs being added are in the protected WMA format and can not be converted". ughh so is there no way to put them in my itunes at all??

I've never personally used bearshare.
But yes, there should be a way to get them onto your iPod.
Can you not make the songs into a playlist and convert them to your media player?
If that doesn't work try downloading limewire. ]
