umm, well, i don't really go to those kind of things so i'm not entirly sure. BUT, one time i was looking at dresses for a differnt occasion and this website has TONES of cute dresses, that are cheap.

if you don't want to go there, try stores such as:
bloom
wet seal
forever 21
gottshocks
jcpennys
macy*s

things like that.
i shop at the first 3 and have seen really cute dresses there for formal dances. =D
