Well theses this girl that i meant at the being of the school year and her name os Halie and i really like her but she has this boyfriend that keeps making her mad but she says with him cause she likes him so much and as long as she is happy im happy...but really the only for me to be really happy is to be going out with her!! Any advice!!

Make sure she notices how happy you are for her when she's happy, she'll think that's really sweet. Start talking to her, because you won't have any chance with a girl that you never talk to. But you can't really break them up but it seems like they won't be lasting for much longer. So you just have to be patient.
