I don't really like her, and I think she should just drop dead and end her career completely, but that's an opinion, so...Let me actually answer this:
What she's trying to say is that she's a lady around other guys, but when she's around the person she loves or whatever, it makes her skanky because she wants to be noticed.
But that gives off the wrong message because you shouldn't have to be a slutskankwhorebag to have the guy you like notice you! :]
But in her case, she does because she's not too pretty, and she has no talent.
