60 ounces.. I dont know where they get these equations, really.

That's about eight cups of water. But you dont need to drink it all as straight water. You get water from food. And you can count milk, juice, etc. So if you drink around 4 glasses a day, you'll be fine. Don't drown yourself, you know? 8 Glasses is a LOT of water.

Basically all I was trying to say was, drink a little extra water and see if that solves the problem. It's also the weather.. the humidity of summer is gone and our bodies are adjusting.
