TARGET. dude, i can't tell you how much i love target! they just got a new line with really fashionable stuff that's soo cheap, i got a really cute shirt for 4 bucks! also to have the 'in' style, check abercrombie and hollister's clearance's, they are really good! the t-shirts on sale are usually $10-19. forever 21, charlotte russe, and wet seal also have very cute clothes for a really good price. hope i helped and have fun!

hit the clearence section and the sales.
clearence in abercombie, american eagle and hollister is great, especially hollister.
charlotte russe, rue 21, wet seal, has reasonable prices and cute shirts.
aeropostale has SOME cute stuff, not all of it though, but i always look, just in case.
victoria secret has cute polo's/t-shirts.
but remember you don't always have to be be brand name head to toe, so if you see something in a really expensive store that you want you could probably find something similar and way cheaper in a department store.
