Well, I'd talk to her, and I'd ask her who she likes. If she says she doesn't know, tell her that everyone knows who they like. Get to know her some more [if you don't know her well enough right now], and if things get to the point where you both are interested [so it's not just mutual], ask her out.
If they happen to get her, and they happen to be assholes, well then she missed out on a great guy.
