how do i get over my fear

ok so heres the deal i like a boy and when ever i like someone i used to be able to tell them its just idk but this time i just cant find a good way to tell him, im just to scared, i dont no how to get over my fear of rejection.

Maybe you should tell him on the phone. That way you dont have to look at him, but you still have to hear his voice. AIM is a choice but that is a little tacky.
