Kung Fu

Recently I have been wanting to take kung fu, Ive wanted to take some sort of sport like that,like boxing. It seems like a great activity to do and to learn about fighting, self defence, pressure points, and losing wieght also.But I was just wondering if anyone on here takes it and can give me adice to what may come if I take it, or anything like that.

well i took kung fu last year and it did alot for my body. i lost weight, gained musle and it made my heart stronger. i think its awsome that you want to take it. you should go for it! hope it all goes well for you. <3 <3 <3
