okay so i just heard a song on the radio and im from the chicago land area over there and it kept saying like wind it up and like it yoadels and it sounded alot like gwen stefani but it wasn't does anyone know who sings it or what the song is called

No that was a song by Gwen Stefani, it's actually her new one its called Wind it Up. If you look for it online you can find it.
