Okay, well, it usually comes pretty naturally.
To be really good, make sure you ask them if what you're doing feels good... there's nothing wrong with asking for pointers!
So, hand jobs...make sure you use saliva or lotion or lube or something to make it more slippery, or you could hurt him. Just move your hand up and down over his shaft, making sure you go up over his head every time. Also, you can use more pressure than you think, because they're not really that delicate.
Fingering? Pretty much, they just use their fingers either to insert into you or to play with your clitoris. Make sure you let them know if they're doing it wrong, because guys can be a little rough, and if you don't tell them it hurts, they'll never learn!
When making out, it's all personal preference. I personally don't use much tongue at all, I just use it a little on the lips and the tip of the guy's tongue. Sometimes they can get a little gross and try to play tonsil hockey though :(
